Hunterdon County Medical Reserve Corps, CERT (County Emergency Response Team), and Hunterdon County Staff at Hunterdon County Health Department Drive-Thu COVID 19 Vaccine Clinics (April, 2021).
In light of the COVID-19 public health emergency the Hunterdon County Health Department is seeking volunteers for their Medical Reserve Corps (MRC).
Hunterdon County MRC Volunteers are medical professionals and community members who are trained to prevent and respond to public health emergencies and help support the health department efforts.

The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is a national network of more than 200,000 volunteers organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities. Hunterdon County Medical Reserve Corps membership includes over 200 health care professionals and community volunteers and is one of 24 MRC Units in New Jersey.
Who we serve
The Hunterdon County MRC is a ready-to-go unit that can be dispatched quickly to public health emergencies anywhere in the county, providing service to a population of 130,000 residents. Our unit includes health professionals, either practicing or retired, as well as non-medical volunteers. The host agencies for the MRC is the Hunterdon County Department of Health as well as the Department of Public Safety.
