PESTCIDE APPLICATION INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT:

Schools, restaurants and apartment complexes are inspected by the Office of Environmental Health to ensure that pesticides used at these properties are applied by a licensed pesticide applicator according to state regulations.

Landscapers are inspected in the field to ensure that if they are applying pesticides to a property that they are licensed and are complying with state regulations.
